QA/QC Introduction

QC department was set up for ensure product quality, from the beginning of purchase material to the end of products finished. Every step is controlled strictly. At purchase material step, those not good enough ones cannot be used in factory. During the producing process, we divide into four segments: disinfection department, mildew proof department, insect prevention department, and knitting workshop. All the material though disinfection, mildew proof and insect prevention and then into the knitting workshop. To ensure product quality, all our employees are trailed and experienced.

After finishing knitting, the products will be on the program of painting. Owing to the advance and protection paint spraying apparatus, they can not only reach the well-distributed painting, but also decrease air pollution at furthest.

Checking is the following parching program, every piece product will have three checkers checking; checking is including design, shape, size and luster. Qualification products will enter into packing program. Later, the QC department job is finished. What QC deportment to do is to ensure clients' rights and benefits, and with responsibility for clients.
